How the laboratory works

Problem study

Before any code, the problem: context, available data, what has been tried. The diagnosis defines whether the solution requires AI — or not.

Development and proof

The solution is built in short cycles and tested against real data. Every hypothesis is verified before moving on; what does not hold is discarded.

Production and follow-up

The system goes into operation and stays under observation: monitoring, adjustments and continuous evolution, with long-term technical responsibility.
